AMPI Elections 2015-17 are announced and the Election Notice has been released. Members can download the AMPI Elections 2015-17 Notice along with Nomination forms, and extract from AMPI Constitution.
Nominations are invited for 15 posts of Executive Committee (EC) members and 05 posts of Board of Trustee (BOT) members of the Association of Medical Physicists of India (AMPI) for the two year term 2015-2017.
Interested AMPI members may fill the nomination form as per the information provided herewith and return the same to the undersigned. The schedule of the election process is given below.
The elections are being held by e-voting process. All AMPI members receiving this notice are requested to disseminate this information to their colleague / friend AMPI members for wider publicity and participation in the election process.

Last date of receiving nomination forms: 22nd July 2015 (IST 23:59 hrs)
Last date of publication of list of eligible Candidates: 29th July 2015
Last date of withdrawal: 12th August 2015
Date of declaration of final valid nomination list: 14th August 2015
Duration of Election: 17th 31th August 2015
Counting of votes & Declaration of Votes: 2nd September 2015
