Dear Members,
Mr. RajendraVara Prasad passed away on 20 May 2015 at west Godavari district Andra Pradesh. He was grewup around Godavari river banks at Polavaram. He was born at Chagallu, a small village of West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh on August 09, 1985.
Mr. R V Prasad obtained his M.Sc in Nuclear Physics from Andhra University in the year 2008. He had also earned CSIR-NET in Physical Science in year 2009. Subsequently, he earned Dip RP from Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC), Homi Bhabha National Institute, Mumbai in the year 2010.
In Oct 2010, He joined Kamaynai Cancer Hospital, Agra as a Medical Physicist and Radiological Safety Officer. After that he moved to Linear Accelerator Center, SMS Medical College Jaipur in 2011. Later on in end of 2012, he joined Sri A.S.N.M. Govt. Degree College, Andhra Pradesh as a lecturer of Physics. He was also the life time member of AMPI.
Mr. R V Prasad was a very hard working and a perfect gentleman. He believes in simple living and high thinking. Mr. R V Prasad leaves behind his old parents and two younger brother to whom he loved so much. His demise leaves an irreparable void in physics fraternity. As the time passes on he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues in their thoughts and hearts.
